We remodeled our house in Belmont by adding a second floor and completely reconfiguring our first floor. We received bids from several builders but decided to go with Tony. We were living in Menlo Park at the time, and it turns out he lived on our street! Tony presented us with a reasonable bid for the work, and in the end, we are very glad we went with him. Tony has gathered a team of subcontractors over 30 years in the business that he trusts and that do excellent work. He is a great communicator, and he always kept us informed what was being done, what was next, and what additional things he recommended should be/needed to be done. Tony Nolasco and his team deserve ten stars for the excellent work done on my bathroom remodel. I have an older house with only one bathroom. Tony expedited the removal of the old fixtures and installation of the new walk-in shower with bench, vanity, floor, toilet, lights and safety features. Everything is now up to code and I couldn’t be happier. What I truly appreciated was the constant communication, the team members arriving on time and the care they took in clearing up when done for the day. Their attention to detail in all aspects of the work is much appreciated.
Recommended by my neighbors, Tony and his team helped us completely renovate our home during COVID. Tony was instrumental to the success of our renovation. He put me in contact with a great architect. We started with a simple room/bathroom renovation, but as the project progressed, I kept on adding more items to fix and eventually renovated the whole place.
