Leigh Ann clearly loves to teach, and it shows. She makes subtle corrections to my form which makes each move harder, but we can do hard things! All the instructors are great and patient and helpful to newbies. There are 10 xformers. The place is spotless.

Taya was really welcoming and assuring. She made me feel comfortable as a new student even though I had a lot less experience and wasn't as in shape as the other students. She left me with a really good impression of MPX and I look forward to coming back!

I have been troubled with degenerative disc, and was wanting to explore things to help my back with a long term goal of playing sports and other activities without limitations.
pros: 1. Pilates at MPX has been great with the classes having a mix of lower body/upper body workouts with a slightly more focus on lower body, and that's exactly what I wanted. 2. the Xformer machine has springs to add weight, and I felt MPX offered me a chance to strength train with almost no risk of getting injured. 3.
