Sensei Molly is fantastic, and this dojo is wonderful. The dojo teaches Z-ultimate karate, which is an American Kenpo Karate style with Shaolin Kung-fu blended in. The focus is on teaching karate in a fun way that keeps kids engaged while emphasizing technique, speed and power. There is a nice balance of forms, light sparring, and defense techniques. I highly recommend this dojo for all ages and levels, from beginners to black belt.

My two children have been attending Z-Ultimate karate with Sensei Molly for over a year now.
