If you are a small business you will be treated accordingly and if you are a large company you can do better. Eide Bailly purchased our previous accounting firm and unfortunately we gave them a chance and couldn't have been more disappointed. Unfortunately they didn't take ownership for mistakes and even tried to charge us for corrections. I don't normally give reviews but this is not a firm you want to hire.

Eide Bailly team provided me with terrible service at a very high cost.They would not answer calls promptly, leaving me worried and concerned that my filing is being done correctly.After filing an extension they held back from filing my returns until October 14th, one day before the last day of filing taxes. This cost me penalties because of late fees, which they didn't bother to check in advance and tell me to pay upfront.In the filing, they were untransparent, had not talked to me about the filing and provided no explanation.
