“Most of my San Francisco dental experience was in small rooms with no natural light or modern technology and though I had two excellent dentists, Dr. Ross and Dr. Stricker, I rarely looked forward to a visit simply because difficult dental procedures in limited space was always a challenge for the doctor and the patient. I had my first visit with Dr. Klebaner on 7/9/2025 and was gratefully surprised by the beautiful, clean office set in an old San Carlos home and the friendly staff. My first visit was two hours, the first half was a thorough examination and X-rays by Dr. Klebaner and the second hour was a cleaning. Everything about this office is exceptional and the reasons are clear. Each patient room is large with windows giving it a cheerful, welcoming feeling. The equipment and chairs in the rooms are technically up to date. Though the office is comfortably designed with a series of open space rooms along wide corridors, it is the staff that makes this dentist office truly exceptional. Dr. Klebaner is that rare combination of competence, humor and concern for a patient. The initial exam was thorough, Dr. Klebenar not missing a single point of needed care after he reviewed the X-rays, examined the teeth and measured the depth of the gums. Most importantly, he welcomes questions and clearly explains future procedures. The office staff are also experienced, friendly and considerate and do everything well. The dental assistant knew how to both take X-rays and read them correctly and the hygienist did a thorough cleaning (almost an hour long) that included four steps and left the teeth cleaned well. It took me almost a year and half to find a good dentist after my previous dentist retired and gratefully I have found one. One last important point, his referrals for outside speciality work are with dentists who are equally skilled and considerate and again, reflect on the high standard of care his office gives to each patient.“

Sasha is the office manager and works diligently to get the insurance matters taken care of. I just love the staff and Dr. Ben. Finally a dentist in the Bay area you can trust!“

“Friday, 11 July 2025: I lived in the city of Mountain View in the years, 2003-2004 and I was very fortunate to find dentist Joseph Cassara. At the time, he was at another location and his office manager was Tammy. Except of Olga Biberman, the staff are new. My wife, Marisol and I decided to drive 9 hours to visit Mountain View, Sunnyvale and San Fran during the 4th of July week since it was her first time. I could Not leave without seeing Dr. Cassara again. He is the second to No one in the general dental field and he is my favorite dentist in California. Great new staff, with Hilda and the adorable, cute Vanessa. It was great seeing Olga again too. Olga and I have more in common than I thought. Dr. Cassara deserves 10 stars, but the system will only allow 5 stars.“

“seriously the best dentist in the entire world. i’ve never been to another one and i don’t think i ever want to. she is so nice & sweet and remembers who i am and loves to talk and when i’m not in a chatty mood she doesn’t mind and there’s a tv you can always watch stuff on. she does a great job at explaining what things are if you ask and her equipment is never in the least bit scary. i have had cavities drilled and filled here and i’ve never found it to be a super unpleasant experience. dr patel has been my dentist for the first 14 years of my life and i hope as long as i live here she never stops.“
