The entire staff was wonderful. Dr. Ngo put me at ease and made the whole exam process easy and painless. She explained everything in detail. Trista was the best, super patient while I tried to find the right pair. She even helped me with my Target app and waited patiently so that I could use it to save a few dollars. Dr. Ngo took her time to ensure the prescription was as precise as possible and Angel was very patient and accommodating as I tried on many frames and explained the options for the lenses to my satisfaction answering my several questions and comparing measurements among the various frames to ensure I was pleased with the ultimate selection.
