Had Pam Johnson prepare my taxes for several years, including 2014. Just got notified by the IRS that I owe $13,860. for 2014. Would I recommend her??? NO. Don't trust her with your returns. Two days later, I thought (hoped) that Pam would respond to my review and try to rectify my problem. I phoned her at 951-244-2900 and someone said "yep" and then it went for a fax signal. So I didn't reach her for help.
