So grateful to have found this company. My son is starting High School and has a pretty expensive gaming laptop. After a few months it took a dump and we couldn't figure out what to do. We tried at least 11 you tube videos, trouble shooting with the manufacturer and even tried to install our own hard drive. Nothing worked !!! I called around and so many people were up charging. In these times when people are working from home and almost every child is learning online we can't afford to be without a device. Mr Robinson responded immediately. He not only explained what the issues were but fixed the computer and delivered it back to us within the same afternoon.... read full review
