I was referred to Fel-Air by my neighbor. After reaching out and talking to Clint, I didn't even bother with any other companies. It may sound silly as many would get multiple quotes, etc. The call alone made me feel like I reached out to a great company. Gus came out after the initial scheduling. Gus walked me through all the offers they had and I made the best choice for what my needs were - went with the biggest unit they had (yes, I'm a high end user during the summer time). The guys who came out to replace my unit and change the duct work were great. They all kept me in the loop on each process, their findings and any issues that arise. Thank you Fel-Air for your expertise in helping us decided on what type of air conditioner to purchase. Both Jonathan and Miguel were not only helpful, but spent the time answering questions and teaching us how to use the new system. They system came with a wonderful warranty plan!!I would use them again.

Fel Air totally rocked it with their warranty service. They explained everything step by step, like, no mystery at all. Super legit, fixed my AC no fees, and it's working perfectly. Highly recommend! Shout out to Omar for boosting the start on my condenser.
