“I was SHOCKED by how amazing of a job Bernard did! We moved into a home where the previous tenants had lived for 10 or so years, and did not really take care of the carpets whatsoever. The stains were terrible, to say the least. I thought that the best he could do would be to lift the stains to be slightly lighter. I was wrong! I was so pleasantly surprised at how the stains completely vanished! There were some old dried up spots of slime, gum, or some other sticky substance that had dried into the carpet which obviously couldn't really be helped, but I am so happy with the results. The only minor thing that I wish could have been done is the carpet around the stair posts, but I'm guessing there weren't cleaners that could easily reach those small sections.
