Bob was able to fit me into his schedule, identified multiple problems, came up with a repair action plan immediately, and was able to complete all of the work needed. Every step of the way there was fantastic communication and the quality of the workmanship was great! Bob with Bluefrog Plumbing and Drain was amazing to work with. There was no hot water for my tenants and I called late Sunday evening and even though the next day was a holiday, he returned my call first thing in the morning! He had the problem assessed, parts purchased and water heater replaced all within that same day! His communication is great, very thorough and professional, even thanked my husband for his service and gave us a military discount. I would work with him again in a heart beat! Faucet was slowly dripping water eventually run the water bill high decided to call plumber to come out fix the issue and plumber solved problem by replacement both seals to stop water from leaking.I would call Bob again for the rest of my plumbing needs in the future very professional and on time service with excellent customer service showing the problems and corrections that was made.
