Dont even bother with this place. They told me to make an appointment online, so i made an appointment request online, got a text message and email with confirmation of location, date and time. Went to my appointment and they told me i had no appointments. Rude staff argued with me that my confirmation wasn’t actually confirmation. Made no sense and it was a waste of time. Lost my business and wont be referring anyone either.
I would give this place ZERO stars if I could! Dr. Koupaie is not a compassionate MD at all. He is abrasive and barely looks at you. I came in for a skin breakout and as he and the medical assistant are walking in, before the door is even closed he is telling me to "Pull my shirt down so he can see my skin." Not "Hello, my name is Dr. Koupaie, or nice to meet, or ANYTHING. I told him as soon as the door got shut that I would. He didn't even touch me! He barely looked at my skin and said, "Do you have diabetes? Do you have HBP, Do you have high cholesterol? I told him no, that I hadn't been diagnosed with any of those things. I booked my appointment weeks in advance. The day of the appointment they call me a couple hours before and told me they messed up their scheduling and I would have to reschedule for a week later.
