“Gary has been doing my taxes for 20+ years. I haven't left a review until now as I happened to see that someone gave him "1 star" which even after reading the review is completely unwarranted. (Side note: reviews need to be objective for them to be of any value. A 1-star review should be reserved for someone that shuts a door in your face, gives horrific customer service, etc. The system is not meant to be a subjective measurement of how personally offended you are at the moment that you didn't get what you wanted, or that you were told "no". Last bit: the fact that that '1-star' reviewer felt she had to mention that she wasn't treated in a manner commensurate with 'her wealth' speaks volumes.)
