This facility is a hot mess. The Physicians don't have time to spend with their patients or time to write up files or referrals. They forget. Stay on them.I also had the lovely honor of sitting in the lobby while the crew in the office got doirdash McDonalds at 930 in the morning. I have NEVER experienced a more UNPROFESSIONAL office. There are a handful of 4 star employees, thus the 2 stars. If you can avoid it, do.

I was LUCKY enough to get in with Open Door 3 years ago when my family n I moved to Humboldt County. I have had nothing but ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CARE from EVERY PROVIDER, EVERY NURSE and EVERY CLERK!!! Are they perfect? Nope!! Nobody is, we all have bad days but I come from a Town of Horrible Scary Doctors (small town like here 2-3 Dr.s lost licenses due to over prescribing!!) And what a great feeling to finally have Doctors that care!!

The doctors, PAs, FNP, and staff are kind, caring and take the time to make sure your medical needs are being addressed. The family has gone here for about 20 years and has been treated with nothing but kindness and professionalism. We've gotten medical care for a variety of needs and have been referred to outside care when that was more appropriate. Open Door and specifically Dr. Copple, Dr. Carlson, and Nina Goodman are fantastic.
