I have been going to see Mel For many years. He has so much knowledge, experience and his method can be applied while fully dressed. He has a lot of practical knowledge , And he does not try to sell himself so that you have to keep coming back. He is there to help, and you would have to ask him what his methodology is, but it works very well. Took my grumpy, in pain, struggling with life 15 year old daughter to Mel & left after only 30 minutes with a happy ready to run energetic girl! Amazing work & explained it tge while way through.. thank you
