I used to be a loyal customer until today. The quality has gone down significantly. Mind you I've been going here since I was a kid. Lately I go in for gel mania and pedis. About two weeks ago I noticed the staff changed (no biggie). Until I was getting my typical gel manicure and the lady is using the nail drill taking off the gel and she made my my nails pencil thin. I've been taking care of my nails for months only for this lady to do this. At this point I decided to stop doing gel because my nails are super fragile and need a break. In addition to the lady doing my pedicure not wearing gloves I have never had someone do my pedicure without gloves and I don't think this is sanitary because I didn't even see her wash her hands. Then today I go and it's only the same lady that did my manicure last time . I ask her if she can drill the top layer and let me do a soak off so she doesn't have to drill my nail down. Completely ignores my request. Once again leave my nails even more pencil thin than the last time (ughhh). So she proceed to do my nails like a regular mani and once she's done I'm using the tan to dry my nails when in comes another lady. So I'm thinking she's gonna move me with the fan cause my nails haven't dried. No, she gestures at me to move and says "okay bye thank you" and my nails weren't dry she didn't help me with my stuff so my nails got messed up. I'm genuinely so upset and will not be coming back here after being a customer since I would come with my mom as a kid. Spare yourself the time.

I paid 100 dollars for a manicure and pedi . The foot message was not worth 60 dollars. 7 minutes is what she spent on me. The stuff they use can be bought at walmart for 5 dollars. The place was clean. The pedi would have been great if the lady would have spent at least 15 or 20 minutes. Ask before you get the top of the line service .

Love this place The work & service along with the their staff Is great, I always leave satisfied form here. They make your visit an overall good experience, always. I highly recommend this place If your looking to get your money worth(which you certainly are) & worth your time with there services.
