“I have called them 4 times today, no answer. I guess they went out of business. Or they are closed on Fridays, it would be nice to know either way. This is an update, they were very busy, but they are sending someone today. So relieved.“

“I had my carbon monoxide detector alarm go off. I thought it must be too old 7 years... So I went and purchased a new one. 2 weeks later the new one sounded the alarm. I was thinking it was my gas stove because all the cooking I was doing for Thanksgiving! Next day I was talking to my next-door neighbor about my stove, and she said I've been smelling gas every once and awhile for a couple years... I thought hmmmm, called PGE and found out it wasn't my stove it was my Heating/AC unit... Called Roy on Friday and he called back and said he would be there Saturday morning at 9:30. He and an associate were right on time. They inspected my whole system and all the duct work. He sent me a quote via email that Saturday evening. You talk about service and professionalism I was so impressed about them I said yes right away. Monday morning I sent him a text asking if he had any updates on the install. He said they would be at my house at 8:00 am Friday and be finished by 2 or 3 pm! My unit was 18 years old and the cheapest I could get back then. It was so bad that I very possibly could have died the last 2 winters with all the holes and leaks, even worse my family visiting could have also... 5 stars for all the men and Roy at Bradshaw Heating & Air.
