    Jonathan was prompt jonathan was thorough. Jonathan reset my water softener system, which I really appreciated due to having a recent eye problem. Jonathan explained the Process and Helped us to decide to join the bell brother's service group ,we were happy with Jonathan's service

    I had scheduled an appointment for my annual inspection of my air conditioner in March of 2025, so the that it would be completed prior to the hot weather then when it came close to that date of the inspection the company called and rescheduled me to the middle of june because of the high rate of AC troubles. I didn't appreciate being rescheduled. However, the tech Nate was a great guy. He was on time had a great personality and a hard worker. He kept me informed of his inspection and review the inspection, after he completed it. So, I will rate this review as a 4 star just because or the rescheduling issues within the company. If the company is going to provide an ongoing maintenance program then they must honor their scheduling commitments.

    I requested a 'tune up' service for my quite elderly air conditioner. Nicholas, a lead HVAC technician arrived on time for the appointment. Unfortunately, once he opened the unit to service it he encountered a large yellow jacket wasp nest inside. Despite this setback, he was able to perform several useful diagnostics on the system as well as cleaning the external evaporator coils. A more in-depth service will be done in the future once I get rid of the wasps. After the appointment Nicholas took the time to go over a series of photographs that he had taken of various 'tired' components such as motor ac capacitors and their expected values versus their actual downgraded values. He furnished me with copies of all photographs. I was impressed at the level of electronic technical knowledge that this technician has. (I am a retired engineer.) Complementing Nicholas' technical knowledge were his well above average soft skills which he demonstrated by making me feel at ease as he explained his diagnostic assessment of my system. He patiently answered all my questions and offered suggestions and solutions going forward. After consideration I may very well enter into a maintenance program. The service charge is very good value. Thank you for coming out Nicholas and for helping an old man. You're a very good ambassador for Bell Brothers as far as I am concerned.
