Our A/C in Plumas Lake stopped blowing cold during a multi-day heatwave. Stout air came out and promptly fixed the problem on the same day. They clearly explained the costs, worked quickly etc. I'm a curious person and had a couple of general questions after they left, so I called them up and they were extremely accommodating and willing to educate me. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Tim Strout and his team. The engineers were incredibly smart, knowledgeable, and hardworking, handling the extreme heat outside (108 degrees) and the sweltering attic with professionalism and calmness. Despite the challenging conditions, they were always polite and kept their cool. The job was done flawlessly, and Tim himself was fantastic—responsive and attentive even with his busy schedule. I highly recommend Tim Strout and his outstanding team. They definitely deserve 5++ stars!

I hired Stout-Air to check out and charg up a mini-split for my home office. They were professional and curtious. I had a connector not torqued down all the way (Secret, it was my fault) casuing a slow leak. Got everything properly torqued and new freon added. Nice and cold in my office now. I also had a Food Trailer I'm constructings that I got from China. It also has a mini split in it. Unfortunatly it had a wierd connected they did not have on them. I was able to get them out a day or two later with the correct connector and wasn't charged for the show up at the house charge since they had to come out twice.
