Tonight I showed up to work with a flat tire. Ivan came out and was personable, polite and so helpful. He helped me repair my tire and told me that if it became flat again and decided to get my car towed he would be more than happy to help.In this day and age, it can be scary and daunting as a woman to have to deal with a male stranger.
