Our A/C in Plumas Lake stopped blowing cold during a multi-day heatwave. Stout air came out and promptly fixed the problem on the same day. They clearly explained the costs, worked quickly etc. I'm a curious person and had a couple of general questions after they left, so I called them up and they were extremely accommodating and willing to educate me. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

When I was first referred to royo I needed cataract surgery in both eyes. I met the doctor and kinda hesitated because he was so young. He did an excellent job on both eyes. I won't go anywhere else

I get bad migraines due to my to my occiput (skull) going out. Dr Russell has the best move for putting it back in. Most chiropractors cannot get it back in. I saw a lot of chiropractors before i found him. I have seen him for years now. He has helped me with very little notice and fit me in to his busy day. Without his help I would be missing work due to migraines.
I have been going to this location for many years. The nail technicians are very talented. I Love Lee she’s very creative and she gives attention to detail. She pays attention to what you want and she’s got a great attitude and spirit, much like the rest of the gals and the young gentlemen that work in the salon. If you want beautiful nails go see Lee and Trish they are my favorite for my nails. All the staff is kind, helpful.
Specialities: Lee can do anything you like in terms of nail art she’s very talented.
They did a wonderful job grooming my pup. She came out smelling and looking so good . They were highly professional and it wasn't too expensive. I highly recommend this place.

Great, Friendly, Caring Staff. The facility is very clean & organized with plenty of seating. The Receptionist are very helpful, friendly, and always greet you by name. All the staff were amazing in taking care of my 5 month old Jinxi girl! I got a same-day appointment for her vaccines, exam and figuring out why she has a watery eye, as well as flea, tick & heartworm prevention (they let you go through Chewy!) and her spay quote. Thank you!
In all honesty I used Google to find the closest barber to my son's house. This place poped up so I walked a little over a half mile and walked in. I didn't realize how popular this place is. I was asked if I had an appointment which of course I didn't. The Barber looked at his watch and was trying to figure out what time he could have me come back. (I already knew I wasn't coming back if it was going to be any longer than a half hour as it was hot outside and I had walked there) so barber askes me what kind of cut I was needing, I told him just a fade. He opened the seat up and fit me in. I was very appreciative of this. The haircut was great, exactly what I asked for and the barber was very nice and talkative. He introduced himself to me and gave me his business card. Gabriel, thanks for the great cut I'll come back and I encourage anyone reading this review to just call make an appointment, you won't be disappointed.

So, I broke the video card from working too much...not the real reason, but what I'm blaming it on. My husband, my hero started calling for a computer genus to fix as this computer is used to work from home! He called several places, they had ridiculous rates and couldn't fix same day. Don't use those guys!! My husband took my computer to VC Computers and he, how should I put this....pimped out my ride!!! He not only fixed our initial issue, but he cleaned things up and now my computer runs at supersonic speed! So thankful for VC Computers for their amazing service!!! And of course my hubby, my hero!

The office experience was not a problem for me at all the care I received was also not a problem it's the underlying problems I experienced afterwards always having to come back to get tested and having multiple times with the same infection or one like it and the fact I'm scared to go in there again Maybe a lack of communication with the doctor

30min couple massage was great! We had Jenni and Amy working on us. Our upper body session with hot rocks was very relaxing. $82 total without tip. Minus one star only because there seemed to be some confusion regarding ours and others scheduled appointments, timing conflicts with other customers, not a good system for managing appointments. But service was good, clean facility. Will return again

Best experience ever. I’m not one to write reviews, but having such a great experience, I have to. I called for a possible walk in and they were able to take me in same day. I walked in and it was such a comfy, cozy, welcoming vibe the second you walk in. Angelina was the one who cut my hair and she is the best I’ve ever had do my hair. She’s so sweet, knowledgeable, comfortable, and professional. I walked in with damaged sad hair, and walked out with knowledge on how to maintain healthy hair, and a beautiful head of hair. I will definitely be recommending her to everybody I know!
