Started using PPP in March this year at our commercial pool. Have gotten nothing but compliments from members as to how clear and pristine the pool as been. Gave 4 star as there were some initial startup and familization issues but has been 5 star since then.

In just the short time that they have been servicing our commercial pools, we can see a noticeable difference in the quality of service. And the email report shows everything that was done to each pool, so we can easily see the status from anywhere.
