Martinez Outpatient Clinic And Community Living Center provides great service with compassionate doctors and helpful employees. Patients appreciate the caring customer service, which addresses their health concerns in a timely manner. The clinic is clean, and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, providing good care for various health issues. Patients look healthy and happy, almost like they are in a resort. The customer service is good and they get people in within 1 month. Waiting time is good and appointments are easy. Everyone is amazing, from the nursing staff down to the housekeepers. They care about their patients.
This place is so amazing. My dad is currently a patient here and he looks HEALTHY and HAPPY. Almost like he is in a resort. He made friends fast. He definitely didn't look happy and healthy at Memorial Hospital in Modesto or the VA hospital in Mathers. Both these hospitals didn't do anything for him. They just sent him home and did not fix his issues. Here at the VA hospital in Martinez , they care about their patients. This includes the nursing staff down to the housekeepers. They have a pool table, dining area for the patients and visitors. Plus we watched the football game while having lunch with my dad. Everyone here is amazing. Puts a big smile on my face and heart to see my dad happy.
My experience at Martinez VAMC was outstanding. J.J. is a total rock star. I learned more about the ins and outs ,the plusses and minuses of not only my condition but about life, patience, sense of frkn humor and the Blues. This man is a treasure. J.J. coupled with my Oakland Primary are what great Doctors are made of. Semper Fi.
I like this VA a lot . Customer service is good and they get people in within 1 month. Appointments are easy and they take you back within 5-15 mins ( waiting time is good) . Clean and reliable signs in the buildings. The customer service support is caring .
