She is warm, professional and thorough in her consultation, and her work reflected everything I'd asked for and far exceeded my expectations. By far the best brow shape I've ever had (and I can be quite picky)! She was also generous sharing her knowledge, answering my many questions about skincare during our appointment. Had a great facial with Euli! For such a fancy space I was worried it might be a bit stuffy but everyone was so warm and kind. Deeply relaxing and enjoyable experience from top to bottom and my skin was glowing after! Their products also smell incredible. I also like that they already have gratuity included in their pricing.
Got my eyebrows shaped by Cat -- she did a beautiful, thorough job. My brows look better than they've ever looked. I also loved her calm presence and how she took my vague 'make them look better' request and did just that. The price was completely reasonable for the quality of the service.
