They scheduled me an appointment for 2pm I get here @ 1:45 and they're closed, and their office hours say they're still open. Will be finding a new dentist asap. I don't recommend here and after reading a load of negative reviews on them messing up on peoples teeth, I'll add my experience; I'm glad I didn't get any work from them. This is obviously a sign.
The care and services are fine, this probably doesn't effect you but Many years ago Huy Dang the owner came to United Airlines trying to drum up more business he told us Union Dental was a good deal for us and if we choose to join Union Dental employees and their families wouldn't have to pay a deductible. Recently I went in for treatment and they told me I have to pay a deductible. I reminded them that Huy Dang said we would never have to pay a deductible. They told me they will talk with the manager, she came out and said she spoke with Huy Dang and he said I have no written contract with United Airlines and I'm not going to honor that anymore. So obviously I took my business elsewhere. Huy Dang is not a man of his word he isn't honorable and he doesn't deserve any of our business. Find another dentist.
This place is a terrible business they do terrible work. They messed up so bad on my girlfriend she's going somewhere else to get her teeth fixed. Her porcelain teeth kept falling out after union dental tried to repair it several times after months of mouth, pain and bleeding. She finally decided to go somewhere else.
