“My wife and I brought our two sons into Insight Optometry. We were all seen by Dr. Doherty. He was great to work with. He has a great disposition. Throughout the exam he explained the various tests and screenings. Our sons who are 12 and 14yo don't love going to see the doctor enjoy Dr. Doherty. He has great rapport with kids who aren't that interested in conversations with anyone other than their peers. We will be Insight Vision patients as long as we live in WC. If you are looking for a local great family owned optometry practice then you should give them a shot.“

“Very professional office. I know what I'm talking about as a retired Chiropractor. Dr Rosner was very personable, knowledgeable and spent quality time with my exam. His staff was respectful and courteous. Chandra helped me pick out a new pair of glasses. She spent quite a long time with me helping to choose the perfect pair. She let me FaceTime my wife to help me choose. Never felt rushed. She even brought over John the business manager to get a man's perspective of my glasses. She tripled checked the measurements and had John confirmed. . She made sure the glasses fit my face properly and would be comfortable. She did not try to up sell me on anything. “In a word, "FANTASTIC!" Upon entering this office for the first time, the courteous and friendly staff greeted me as if I had been a patient for many years. When I provided the eyeglasses that I was wearing to the Office Manager ("Jennifer")--not only did she clean them--but she also repaired the broken earpiece that I had been told by my previous optometrist was "irreparable." Then a comprehensive eye examination was performed by several members of the office staff--including a digital scan of my eyes that allows a chronological database of eye health to be maintained over time. The final part of the exam was performed by Dr. Ruzicka himself--whose vast knowledge and experience in eye healthcare became apparent throughout the exam. Despite my numerous questions throughout the eye exam, Dr. Ruzicka patiently and candidly answered all the questions that I posed to him. After the exam, I met with another staff member who fitted me for eyeglasses--and the entire visit concluded with how it started--with "Jennifer" completing the eyeglass adjustment and completing the financial aspects of the office visit. In summary--Dr. Ruzicka's practice is a model for how all medical practices should operate--with professionalism and the utmost attention and care being provided to all clients who walk through the door to Dr. Ruzicka's office. (Aside: When I returned for another visit to pick-up my new eyeglasses--which were perfect(!)--"Jennifer" graciously fixed yet another broken pair I had at home!) Kudos and a heartfelt "thank you" to Dr. Ruzicka, Jennifer, and all other staff members who provided such an outstanding level of care and service to me during my visits to their office. “Friendly front office staff and the optometrist is very easy to talk to, explains everything that he is doing. The selection of glasses is really nice, but a little more on the expensive side compared to other optometrists i've gone to in the area. If I have leftover insurance that needs to be used up by the end of the year, he lets me know and I have picked prescription Ray Bans a couple times.“

“The owner of this optical, Ana, is the best in her field. I was an optometrist in my past life and we worked in the same office years ago, and I was impressed even then by her exacting standards, high attention to detail and professionalism. By that token, she also only hires the best, and I have enjoyed working with the delightful Amanda as well. I went off to a new career, and eventually, I had to hunt her down again, as no one could get my glasses right after I left the profession. I'm so glad I did. She spends TIME, selecting the right frames, providing the honest opinion, getting the measurements right, fitting the finished product, explaining all along the way her process and her thinking so I'm never left wondering. Her highly curated selection of frames come from independent makers only, so no mass-produced generic product here. Everything is beautiful and top-notch quality. I love all the glasses I have from here. As a former professional in the field, this is the only place I want to go for my glasses! They are by appointment only, so be sure to note their hours and call ahead. They are worth it!“

I truly appreciate the excellent service he provided and he made my visit great!I had the pleasure of having Aastha handle my eye testing before seeing the doctor and she assisted me with locating new frames. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly. I appreciate the time she spent with me considering I have a hard time making decisions but she was able to guide me. She was pleasant to interact with and very kind. She even fixed my current glasses that were lose for free!Overall my first experience with LensCrafters was wonderful and I'll definitely be back!!
