I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with a local dry cleaner that left me thoroughly disappointed. Firstly, their tardiness in delivering my clothes was unacceptable, and instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the blame onto me, suggesting that I should have explicitly instructed them to expedite the process. Moreover, their pricing system was inconsistent, making it impossible to predict how much I would be charged for each service. We have patronized this dry cleaners for years. The work was good and the prices were decent. However over the last year the prices have tripled and the work not as good. We just recently had a few items cleaned and they charged us double than what we would have paid elsewhere. At this point, we can't afford to patronize this dry cleaner and find somewhere else that's more reasonable.
