A huge thank you to C & R Nail Spa! I love this shop. This is my neighborhood shop and I would not go anywhere else. Cathy the owner is super professional and runs a great business. They have all these amazing colors to choose from and the place is clean and very roomy. Her staff is so nice and they all work together like a team. I love the work, my nails and toes always look amazing. You need to try this place and support this great nail salon.

I don't know the quality was simply not there. Probably the last time I would visit. I went there because it was close and convenient but end result is sloppy.Services: Pedicure

Most expensive and most sloppy job. I was in the shopping center and really wanted to get my nails done so I just dropped in. I'm new to the area and thought I would try this place out. I really should have looked at the reviews. I wont do that again! The lady that I spoke to was not very nice, her name I later found out was Cathy, but sort of warmed up after a while. I was asking questions on how much things were and I thought $45 for a gel pedicure was on the higher end. I could tell it wasn't going to be a great experience and I was over paying for the service but still went with it. My pedicure was fine. Some other lady did that for me. She ended up doing a regular pedicure after I said I would go with the gel color to match my hands. Cathy found a regular polish that was similar but it doesn't really match. Cathy did my nails. I did a dip manicure. I could tell she was struggling to take off the previous dip that was on my nails. She sort of left the last of the previous dip on there and continued to just fix them. The dip part and the shaping was ok but she didn't spend time to file the nail around my cuticle to make them look nice. I accidently bumped the pinky nail and I apologized. She said she would file it to fix it. She did not. I still have a bump on my pinky. I paid $93 for a regular pedicure and dip manicure for my nails. Its the most I have ever paid. I paid it and left a tip and went home. I didn't say anything about how terrible my nails looked and after thinking about how much I paid though, I went back today to fix it. Cathy was nice and had no problem fixing my nails but didn't actually fix the problem. She proceeded to file my cuticles instead of the nail around them, to make it look like it was fixed. Anyway, I didn't say anything but thank you. I just wont go back! Cathy does sloppy work. She doesn't think so though, she kept saying how great my nails looked and how she loved the color. I gave 2 stars on the fact that she tried to make it right.
