Shane, David, Armando, and the entire Abril Team did a terrific job repairing and recoating our flat roof. Communications were clear and timely, the work crew was focused and accurate, and the work was completed on schedule. Best of all, the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend Abril Roofing.
The Abril team was so helpful and accommodating to our needs and schedule as we work through some very difficult construction issues. They were great! Thank you to Rick, Armando and David.
Needed some additional roof work done. (Remodeling. Contractors put a few extra holes after Abril re sealed our flat foam Eichler roof and we decided to add a drain downspout , a leaderhead and all new in wall and exterior mounted gutters. Rick from Abril remembered us and our home. But to be thorough he went and re walked our roof to ensure accuracy and transparency in the bid. The repairs and add on wotk that he suggested and quoted both made sense and seemed fairly priced. We accepted his proposal and ended with an "Abril dispatch will contact you when the weather clears. " True to Ricks word. On the day before sunny weather was predicted. Armando from Abril called me. He was polite , professional and articulate. He explained clearly what to expect (his words and explanations matched Rick's almost exactly and I could envision what he was explaining clearly. He confirmed the price to expect and he set expectations for date and time of work. He notified me when the work was done and sent me the invoice. The work was clean and spot on ! Second satisfying experience w Abril Roofing. Not sure what more I coulda expected. Polite and professional crew. Punctual. Fairly priced. Tidy in their clean up afterwards. They made some of my other vendors look bad just by doing their thing their way. Keep it up Abril. People still notice a good company doing a good job and I know for a FACT that I greatly appreciate the professional way you all handled my home. Abril for life !
