I've been going to Ritter for over ten years. He and his staff are caring and understanding of living in the country. They are great with ferals as well as domesticated animals. Highly recommend!

I've been taking my 2 cats to Dr Ritter since they were kittens.
One was 16 yrs old and 1 that was 11 yrs old. He is very calm and compassionate with them, as he is with his other patients. Very kind and professional staff.

The staff was friendl, efficient, and caring, especially Tina at the receptionist desk. She answered all my questions about my kitten, Girilla's spay surgery and went over and above by bringing my pet to me when I had a transportation issue, so I didn't have to pay boarding fees and my kitty didn't have to spend the night.
