This is my second time visiting Polished and they have a customer for life. When I arrived they asked if I wouldn't mind waiting 20 minutes, which was fine I wasn't in a hurry. I walked to Kohls, made an Amazon return and by the time I was back they seated me for my pedicure. They took their time with my fill and pedicure even though they were starting to get busy, which I appreciated. Even made sure I was okay with the length and shape of my nails. Definitely make an appointment and don't be in a hurry if you dont.

I just got my nails done by Jen and she did a beyond amazing job! Her attention to detail and shape is impeccable! I wanted to do a nude nail with chrome and she customized the perfect nude color for my nails! Thanks so much!

I've been coming here for a few years. Prices are going up so much that I am rethinking getting my nails done anymore. Yesterday I paid $50+tip for a fill. I am pleased with my nails, but the price is not pleasing or affordable. Disappointed because I do really enjoy my nails... read full review
