“Drove by and decided to give this place a try. Waiting room is very nice and comfy couch. Front desk lady was very helpful and no wait for a walk in. The room was the perfect size and they had a basket where you could place your belongings. They play relaxing music while you get the massage strength you ask for. Reasonable price.“

“Lila is great and she has been caring for my skin (both facials and massages) for a couple years now. When I first moved to the area 5 years ago, I jumped around between some places in Santa Cruz and Monterey looking for a good facial and massage, but struggled. Then one day I came across Ground & Glowing/ Lila and I just felt like she not only cared, but that she understood what I needed, even if I couldn’t express it clearly.

I just wrapped my last facial and massage with her yesterday (sadly, the only reason I won’t be seeing her anymore is that I’m moving!) and she found all the knots and tight places without me having to over explain anything. I’m also having some unusual bumps on my forehead, and she not only gave me a great facial and my skin looks and feels amazing, but she also gave me a small sample to try and then an additional recommendation if it doesn’t clear it up and smooth my skin back out.

I truly could not recommend her more. She’s considerate, kind, professional and you get so much value for the cost (which I think is far better than most in the area). Her space is quiet, inviting and calm. And, if you really want to spoil and care for yourself, there’s an acupuncture place across the parking lot who does great work too.
