Had a cancelation and arrived @ my house a week earlier than scheduled. He addressed the problem and quickly resolved my issues. Polite and professional not found very often today. ThanksCapt. Smits
Nelson came out of his way later on a very busy day for him to help us with a brand new tub that’s been having repeat failures of the touch screen, leaving it dead and/or unusable to us multiple times. This was his third repair trip to us in less then a couple of months.This time the tub manufacturer sent a big box of parts to replace many things besides just the screen. He communicated same day when he’d arrive plus handled replacing these multiple parts, in a timely and professional manner. Hired Hydratech Pool & Spa for a repair on a cold plunge. We found the service to be excellent, timely, but most importantly the owner was approachable and kind. We will absolutely engage in service with them again. Thank you!
