These stores all look intimidating from the outside. But once you cross the threshold, the service is impeccable. The stores are big and bright and well-organized. Service is proactive if you need help and laid back if you want to browse. They tighten glasses for free even if it's not their brand. Couldn't have been more pleased!
My contacts prescription had expired and I needed a new one, so since I had already gotten Warby Parker glasses before and saw that they did eye exams, I decided to give it a try. My appointment was at 345, but when I came in they said the doctor was running a little late. I was cool with that, but what surprised me was that they gave me a Starbucks gift card to use next door to make it up to me.
