I've been on the hunt for a doggie stroller and I'm so happy I walked into this Unleashed. The staff was so helpful, showed me where the stroller options were, did a price match for me and even helped assemble it. Luna and I am so thankful, it's pawfect
Smaller than a regular petco and with baths to self groom and wash your dogs. My only suggestion would be to make sure their shelves are better stocked as they had run out of a few pet care products I needed.
I am giving this store location five stars for the sole reason that the manager Justy is so incredibly sweet and caring and helpful and when my dog Bella was severely ill for nearly 3 months I was so stressed out and Justy just made what was already a terrible situation just a little bit better and more bearable due to her compassion, considerate questions, suggestions and extra helpfulness. I am so grateful for her and I couldn't think of a better person to manage the store than her and she has the qualities of the upmost management if there's a level above her like corporate level.
