I'm really shocked to see so many negative reviews of this place. I've come here so many times, I've been here for asthma, flu, cellulitis. I have so many different issues and I've been to the ER so many times, and it's good to go to a place that is one level below the hospital just so you don't overdo it and spend 7 hours in the ER. I really liked one lady here, but I can't remember her name, she is Indian, although I really did like the whole staff here. It's not perfect, but it's good to get in and talk to somebody. I've seen three doctors, three Christmases in a row at this facility. Each has been responsive to my concerns - above and beyond regular UCLA doctors who one can never see within two weeks. The office staff and nurses are friendly, kind and efficient. But please don't come here. I like that it's hidden away and I can usually be seen within a reasonable wait time!

Great office staff, but minimal medical care. You really need to be a strong advocate for yourself. Went in with a nasty chest and sinus bug. Doctor did not look at sinuses or feel lymph nodes. Went to a different urgent care two days later and was given meds.
