When I first met with Tricia, she took the time to get to know me, and my body, so she could best help me. I explained to her where I had pains but I didn't know a whole lot about muscles. Tricia was so thorough and took the time to explain what she was doing and answer questions along the way. I have learned so much about my body and how to take proper care of it since working with her - and the best part is I have never felt better!
