I didn't get ripped off at all and the gentleman was very informative and answered all my questions. I am glad I was told exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Great service! I found this shop through a Google search and was so happy to get easy such awesome personalized service. I needed a new battery for my MacBook Air. It really beats standing in line and waiting for service at the Apple Store.
