“This review is a few months late, but I thought it was important to share my positive experience as a client of Pedro with Max Carpet & Upholstery.I received a used recliner from a friend that needs to be steam cleaned. I called Pedro on a Thursday and left a message. He returned my call pretty quickly. I asked if he could come out to my house for the service the next day. He said he had a big job but that he could see if he could come before. Later that day he confirmed yes, he could come by the very next day!He was delayed from another job, but still showed up that morning and I was super appreciative.He was polite, dressed well for the work at hand and his work van had everything he needed. He just needed an outlet, which I was happy to supply. He got to work right away and did a great job! He even found an old earring & a ring of my friends in the pocket and gave it to me, which I believe shows how honest he is and gives respect to his customers because he knows he’ll get it back in return.He worked with me on the rate, especially since I care give my family and can only work part time. I thought it was reasonable and once again, very appreciative! I tried to give him a tip to make up for the reasonable rate, but he refused.Pedro is great at his job and cared about doing a good job on the recliner. He didn’t have to come over the very next day, but he fulfilled my request and you don’t get that kind of service these days!I don’t have photos of when it was done, but it was a single chair recliner with Remote control.I plan to use Pedro /Max Carpet & Upholstery again and I shared his info with my friends.“

One of my larger rugs had older moth damage and was quite matted by time, so, as much as I loved it, I wasn't sure whether to even try and have it cleaned.
