I have nothing but great things to say about Doug and his company. Our pool water is amazing and is so easy to maintain and the level of customer service is over the top! As for customer service, Doug’s expertise is top-notch and his willingness to devote time to your questions is as excellent as any customer service I’ve ever had in my life! I followed Doug‘s instructions and I now have a wonderful chlorine-free pool to show for it! Great product and even better support from Doug! Highly recommended!
