The staff is very efficient and friendly.I always feel welcome. Thank you all. I feel at ease with Dr. Patel doing cosmetic work on my skin. She is also our family dermatologist. Regards.
All the staff is polite and professionally. Very efficient. The office is clean and organized and tidy. I barely waited 10 minutes before they saw me on time for my appointment. Dr. Patel was thorough and explaining what I had asked her for.
I recently visited a this office, and I had a mixed experience. The front staff left much to be desired in terms of friendliness. Their customer service could definitely be improved to make EVERYONE feel more welcome.On the positive side, the dermatologist was friendly and incredibly informative during my appointment. However, there was a slight sense of impatience, which made me feel a bit rushed.The shining star of the office was the medical assistant. She was the friendliest person I encountered during my visit. Her warm demeanor and willingness to assist made a significant difference in my overall experience.One notable downside to this office was the parking situation....read full review
