During this incredible heat wave, my A/C unit needed replacement. Everyone at Warren's was responsive, helpful, and were actually able to get my unit installed the same day! I was so relieved. I say thank you to: Kathy, Michele, Frank, and of course to the wonderful guys who had to literally sweat during the installation. It was so hot! So a big thank you to Brian and Jaren and they did their work with a smile on their faces. I recommend them to all.
Called Warren to check and clean our 1975 air condtioner. They arrived and cleaned and thoroughly checked it out. They indicated considering it's age it is in good condition. No attempt whatsoever to in add additional costs. They are efficient and honest. Highly recommend. And Frank, the maintenance man, was very pleasant and accomdating.
I woke up to 55 degrees. My heater was not working. I called, and Warren's was right on it. They were at my house to fix the heater by early afternoon. I'm home sick and their quick response was a god send. Frank was amazing and very thorough. He even stayed a few extra minutes to make sure everything was working. Warrens , you guys rock.!!! Thank you so much.
