Had a great experience! Our AC stopped working in the middle of a heatwave and they were able to come out quickly because of a cancellation and repair our unit for a very reasonable price. So grateful they were able to get it up and running so fast (you miss AC when it is 106!) Thank you!

I have been a homeowner for over 20 years and I have never received this high level of customer service as I had from Altamount Heating and Cooling. The owner, Sonny, replaced our air conditioner and heater. He is very meticulous with his craft and works hard. The follow up customer service from his staff manager, Tiffany was awesome. They left no stone unturned when it comes to making sure everything is done right, especially since this was a big job. Sonny continued to check on us even weeks after the job was done. I highly recommend this company. They are the gold standard in customer service!

Great service for AC filter replacement maintenance as it’s not always easy access to furnace in attic.
Added drip pan sensor, the quote was 7 months ago and they still honored the same cost estimate, big plus in my book.
