Angie was fantastic at helping me solve the issue I was having with my Solar Inverter. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Working with Angie to resolve my issue was a level of service that rarely exists nowadays and I feel very confident that if I have any issues in the future that she and Semper will help me resolve it. It was a great experience from start to finish!

(Note: I would have given 5 stars, but there was a lapse in communication which I felt was avoidable.) The pump on my mini split was making loud, annoying sounds. I called for service and was scheduled that same week. Unfortunately, I was notified “day of” that my appointment needed to be canceled and was rescheduled for the following week. On the day of that appointment, the technician never showed up. I reached out to Vanessa Lara, Customer Service rep, and was informed there was a family emergency. She rescheduled an appointment for two days later and assured me she was working closely with the Project Manager to make sure a technician would be there on Friday.... read full review

After numerous calls/emails to resolve connectivity issues, the issue has finally been resolved. Thank you Josh for taking the time to walk me, a non tech savvy person, through it. Not only were you extremely helpful and patient, but you were able to speak to me in layman's terms. Now I can enjoy having solar without having to think about and check on it daily.
