I paid out of pocket and in my consolation Dr. Mehrdad Amirhamzeh told me everything I wanted to hear..."You will be very happy with the end results, don't worry, I will take off the small spider veins with laser, I will be done when you are satisfied... " The reality, I had 3 different sessions. By the 3rd one they told me I was done even though I had a couple of gorged veins that they missed. He said he didn't want to do more because it was too much. When I questioned the small spider veins that were still obvious and that he said he would remove them with laser, he said, "It's not a big deal and you're not a candidate for laser removal." I have warn my compression regularly and the veins are slowly coming back. My legs ache again. Bottom line, they tell you what you want to hear to take your money and then they don't care if you are not satisfied with the end results.
