They have our tablet over a month now. Coke to find out, they moved and did not notify us. They have our tablet and we have no way to contact them. Their phone number does not work either.
I forgot to add that after not being able to get my computer FOR 2 WEEKS to have the cover changed and upgrade memory (which ended up never happening) the lights don't work on my computer anymore so I paid $120 for them to swap a cover, hold my computer for 2 weeks and it hasn't worked the same since. Still waiting for my refund on the memory I never got........REALLY FRUSTRATED with the poor service and ZERO communication. The kid Brian that works inside is real sweet though, I feel bad for him. I'm sure he gets ALOT of complaints
Love supporting local business. The girl there was honest and said it was cheaper to replace than repair my broken monitor....and gave me brand new at the used price. Definitely will be back
