“I have known and worked with Mario and his staff for a few years and find their honesty, integrity, professionalism and craftsmanship to be of the highest quality. In 2019, I hired 4 Diamond Construction (4DC) as the general contractor for a shopping center remodel project in Concord - a project that I managed for my firm which owned the center. The project was a bit tricky as it had to be performed while keeping the tenants open and happy but in the end, the finished product was spectacular with everyone involved being very happy with the results including the tenants, the design team and my senior management. 4DC's attention to detail and their pro-active management style made my job much easier and inspired confidence to hire them again which I did in 2020 to manage an even larger shopping center remodel project in Manteca. The Manteca project was complex in that it included not only a facade remodel but also a structural retrofit to address systemic issues with the original design. Construction was planned and performed while keeping the tenants open and happy, some of which are large national chains which can be very strict with regard to obstructions to customer access. This particular project also required extensive coordination with the design team to address existing conditions and design issues that arose during construction. Again, the finished product exceeded our expectations and all parties involved were happy and proud of the results. I would not hesitate to hire 4DC again for any project, large or small, and would trust Mario and his team to manage any type of construction for me in the future. “We decided to remodel both bathrooms back to back. The process from start to finish was lengthy, but carried out by the people who showed up every week day morning at 7:30am. Our inspiration was to make the bathrooms so that we could age in our home safely without the look of ADA compliant. We definitely achieved that with the help of the professional people who helped us design and choose everything from top to bottom. The crews varied from electricians, plumbers, painters, detail crew, tile, flooring, etc. They worked hard and were helpful and pleasant. The owner wrote a book on the process which we received on our first visit before deciding. It’s an easy read and helps you understand the process so that you dial in with what you want. We are very pleased and the neighbors who came to see what we had been doing — think the two bathroom’s are beautiful and so do we.“

We were able to get custom cabinets with a full size garbage and recyling pull out (a HUGE win for us) and truly get what we wanted without blowing our budget.
