    Denielle will rock your body into a new stronger, healthier shape! I came to her through a neighborhood recommendation and she helped me train new muscles to alleviate a ligament challenge. Not only are my ligaments happy but my core is stronger and everything is getting lean! Thank you for helping an iron pumping triathlete learn the way of pilates!!!
