I ordered contacts through Freddy for two of us on 7/30/24 and by 8/1/24 they had arrived! For the FIRST time ever since 2011 there were ZERO mistakes and the transaction was perfectly efficient I have used MANY optometrists over the years including other Target Opticals) I also had some questions that were answered by Paula prior to receipt of the contacts THANK YOU for such a welcoming and perfect experience We will be returning for future needs

Best customer service ever! Literally! The young lady who works there had excellent phone & in person customer service. Glad they were able to help with their complementary glasses repair sevice they provide. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were shopping at Target and just stopped in to make an appointment for my 2 daughters and they had availability right then. The Dr. was awesome and the exam was easy. The staff was so helpful and happy and friendly. They made sure that my insurance covered what was needed and also gave us a discount! :) . It was a wonderful experience all the way around. I would definitely recommend.
