Awesome first time experience at Reset! Was travelling for work and I stopped by since it is near the airport. I did the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, full body red light therapy, and a dual theraface/theragun session. Feeling so relaxed but also energized.Love that they offer headphones/music at almost every station. The Therabody tools and devices are top quality and top of the line.The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Cody set me up wonderfully, catered the services that fit me and my time best and answered all of my questions in detail!I need them to set up a Reset near me!
I work in sports and therabody in Manhattan beach has been a godsend for my body recovery. The staff and there services are truly the highlight and reason I continue to be a monthly member.
